He told that during the first match, when all the players were playing football in the field, Jasmeet Singh suddenly fell down and died of a heart attack. It is revealed that Jassu was the youngest and only brother of his three sisters, while his father works as a hard laborer in the village.

Food containing chemicals is becoming the cause of heart attack.

Dr. Suresh Kamboj, SMO and heart specialist of the government hospital, says that nowadays age is no longer a factor in heart attacks. Earlier it was believed that people after the age of 50 years get heart attacks, but now there is no such criterion.

The main reason for this is the use of food items containing chemicals and excessive fertilizer spray these days. He said that people will have to change their lives and improve their eating habits.

Give children fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein-rich pulses. Reduce junk food. Encourage at least 1 hour of physical activity every day. Set screen time for kids. Pay attention to diet and exercise to prevent obesity. If you have a family history, get your blood pressure, cholesterol and heart health checked regularly.
