Jagran correspondent, South Delhi. Crime is not showing any signs of stopping in the capital Delhi. Now in Jaitpur area of South Delhi, a 21-year-old youth was brutally murdered by stabbing him with a knife.
According to the victim's family, the accused brutally murdered her by stabbing her with a knife more than a dozen times. Police have arrested two accused, including a minor, after this incident that took place late at night. According to the police, a 21-year-old youth died and two others were injured in this incident.
Police received a PCR call of assault at Dharamshala Road, Jaitpur at 11:18 pm, following which they reached the spot and investigated the matter.
Investigation revealed that there was a fight between people, in which a young man was murdered. The main accused has been identified as Deepak, who was harassing the complainant, Prince (19), through social media before the incident.
It was told that the altercation that took place late on Thursday night turned into a fight, after which the accused attacked with a knife. The accused seriously injured the youth and fled from the spot. At the same time, the doctors declared the injured dead.
The crime team of Delhi Police collected necessary evidence from the incident site. Meanwhile, a criminal case is being registered under relevant sections. CCTV footage was examined by the District Crime Team and two accused were arrested after collecting forensic evidence.
