Jagran correspondent, Amroha. The pharmaceutical department has started investigation after DH Rab DSR capsules, which provide relief from the problems of gas and ulcers etc., were found to be fake.
After Muzaffarnagar, Hisar of Haryana, the links of sale of fake capsules have also been connected to Sonipat district. Now the department has issued notice to M/s MyMed Health Care Ethkhevat No. 315, Account No. 401, Kilo No. 4/96-5, Rathdhana Road, Oproad Bandepur Government School Biyapur, Sonipat. In which it has been asked to stop the sale of capsules immediately and to recall the sold capsules.
This is the whole matter
On July 29, 2025, Drug Inspector Ruchi Bansal had inspected Hanafi Medical Store located on Sinaura Road, Didoli. From here he filled the sample of DH Rab DSR capsule which provides relief from the problems of gas and ulcers etc. and sent it to Lucknow laboratory for testing.
The drug test report was received by the pharmaceutical department on December 4 last. During investigation the medicine was found to be fake. It was revealed that instead of the salts Rabeprazole Sodium and Domprodine, the capsule was filled with white powder.
After this, the Drug Inspector had issued a notice to the wholesale supplier M/s Aman Medical Agency, located near Basir Flour Mill, Sujru Road, Jamianagar, Muzaffarnagar, for not selling the goods and had asked for details related to the goods for one year.
He was also asked from whom he bought the medicine. While providing the reply to the department, he had said that he had purchased the medicine through the firm Drug Hub (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., located at Mandi Road, Barwala Hisar, Haryana.
After this, the department issued a notice to that firm to stop the sale of the medicine and sought information about the firm from which it was being purchased. On which he had mentioned the name of Sonipat firm M/s Mymed Health Care. Now the department has sent him a notice.
