After Talking On The Phone, The Young Man Committed Suicide By Hanging Himself, Sanjeev Was Living In A Rented Room With Friends.

Jagran correspondent, Lucknow. 21-year-old Sanjeev Singh, resident of Akbarpur, Kanpur Dehat, committed suicide by hanging himself in Bharat Vihar Colony of Indira Nagar on Friday evening. He lived on rent with friends and was working as an apprentice in a telco company on Deva Road. The police arrived on the information of friends and investigated. A neckband was hanging around the neck of the young man. No suicide note was found from the spot.

Indira Nagar Inspector Ajay Narayan Singh said that Sanjeev used to live in a room on rent with his three other friends. On Friday, other friends had gone out for dinner, but Sanjeev remained in the room. When friends returned, Sanjeev's body was hanging from the fan with a noose made of a towel and a muffler.

Friends informed the landlord. After this the police was informed. The police reached the spot and investigated. The police have seized the mobile phone of the deceased. According to the police, the young man had a conversation with someone on the phone before committing suicide.

However, the family has not made any allegations against anyone. Police are investigating on love affairs, depression and other issues. The father of the deceased is on the post of constable in Kanpur city.
