'Against UGC Equality Rules', BJP Leader Writes Letter In Blood, Demands PM Modi To Withdraw Law

Jagran correspondent, Agra. BJP leader Jagdish Pachauri and his colleagues wrote a letter in blood to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in protest against the UGC equality rule. Said, this rule will increase caste discrimination. This should be withdrawn by the government. District President of Kshatriya Mahasabha Anil Kumar Singh has also warned of agitation.

Bareilly officials have come in protest

On the occasion of Republic Day, the City Magistrate of Bareilly had created a stir in the administrative and political corridors of the state by resigning in protest against the UGC law. As soon as the news of the City Magistrate's resignation was received, Bareilly Mayor Dr. Umesh Gautam also reached his residence and appealed to reconsider the resignation regarding the matter. However, the government has suspended him and handed over the investigation of this matter to higher officials.
