'Agriculture Schemes Will Be Decided From Farmers' Fields, Not In Lucknow Secretariat', CM Yogi Said In Barabanki

Talking about farming in Barabanki today, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while giving importance to efficient administration and villages and farmers through the program on the farm, said that now instead of sitting in the secretariat of Lucknow, he will sit on the farmers' fields and plan for the improvement of farming and entrepreneurship of the farmers. And their 100% implementation will be visible in every village.

It is clear from the attitude of the Chief Minister that he has also given a message to the government officials to include villages and farmers in the top priority. Besides, preparations have been made to give priority to villages and farmers in the agenda of the upcoming elections 2027.

Now the government officials will have to personally go to the farmers from village to village. Told that the government is providing double engine to the farmers from seeds to the market. Attacking the outgoing governments, he said that now the middlemen will not be able to take advantage of the farmers, now the farmers are getting the government price.

On Friday, the Chief Minister addressed the progressive farmers of the state at the hi-tech agricultural farm of Padmashree progressive farmer Ram Saran Verma. Gave respect and after fulfilling Prime Minister Modi's pledge of doubling the income, now the farmers were also given the target of doing farming as per three times the income.

Told that Uttar Pradesh's agriculture has been divided into nine climate zones and work is being done on different availability of seeds and pesticides accordingly. If this happens, Uttar Pradesh will achieve all the dimensions of farming at the international level. Soon, former Prime Minister is moving forward to develop a Seeds Park for improved seeds in Lucknow in the name of Chaudhary Charan.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made the entire Uttar Pradesh along with Barabanki a leader in the production and supply of food, fruits and vegetables by giving the benefit of Samman Nidhi to the maximum number of 2 crore 8 lakh farmers of Uttar Pradesh in the country. Now farmers have to work on technology and innovation.

All the farmers will adopt the technology in Barabanki and by creating a chain of progressive farmers across the state, Uttar Pradesh will hoist the flag of India's farming and production not only in the country but also at the international level.

Padma awardee progressive farmer Ram Saran Verma has shown the direction of prosperity through farming to the farmers of the entire country by producing 250 quintals of potatoes in one acre. All the Agricultural Science Centers of the state have now started working on Center of Excellence, farmers are directly benefiting from it.

By coming forward with technology and their traditional farming, farmers are becoming prosperous from their fields. While inaugurating the farmers' school for the Rabi season, the Chief Minister said that a new genre will be taught by organizing a school in every village of every district.

Also saw the cultivation of banana, tomato and potato by Ram Saran Verma. Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, Minister of State Baldev Alakh, District Incharge Minister Suresh Rahi, Minister of State Satish Sharma were present.
