Digital Desk, New Delhi. The Trump administration of America has added seven more countries to the list of countries whose passport holding citizens have been made required to pay a bond of up to 15 thousand dollars to enter America.
Among the new countries included in the list, five are African. Now there are a total of 13 countries in this list, out of which only two are outside Africa. It has become very difficult for people from these countries to get American visa.
These countries were included last week
The US State Department last week added Bhutan, Botswana, Central African Republic, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Namibia and Turkmenistan to the list. It has been made effective from January 1.
Trump is tightening visa rules
This is the latest step by the Trump administration towards curbing the entry of foreign citizens into America. They are continuously tightening various visa related rules regarding entry of citizens of all countries into the country.
The administration has made it mandatory for visa applicants to give detailed information about themselves and their family, as well as complete details about their internet media, apart from giving a personal interview.
