Digital Desk, New Delhi. Some people not only pulled down the saffron flags put up in the Ganj area of ​​Betul Nagar in Madhya Pradesh to promote the Hindu conference being organized by the Sakal Hindu Samaj, but also burnt them.

When the workers of Sakal Hindu Samaj came to know about this act done on Friday night during morning procession on Saturday morning, they got angry. After the complaint, the police arrested two youths named Feeq Khan and Musharraf Khan on the basis of footage obtained from CCTV cameras.

Flags found half burnt near flour mill

According to the police, about 30-40 saffron flags planted in and around Nandi Chowk, Baba Vishwanath Temple street in Ganj police station area were found missing. Flags were found half burnt near a flour mill. After registering the case, the police looked at the CCTV footage and saw two youths taking down the flag. They were identified as local residents Taufiq Khan (23) and Musharraf Khan (23).

When both were taken into custody and interrogated, they confessed to the crime. The police have arrested him. Superintendent of Police Virendra Jain said that action has been taken against both the accused for hurting religious sentiments and spoiling the atmosphere.
