Announcement Of Fire In Bhopal Express Created Panic, Passengers Got Scared And Got Down On The Tracks.

Digital Desk, Bhopal. There was chaos between Rani Kamalapati station and Bhopal station in the state capital Bhopal on Saturday when the announcement of fire in B-2 coach of Bhopal Express was made. This spread panic among the passengers. Hearing this announcement, as soon as the train left the platform, the passengers got scared and the situation went out of control.

Chaos in the train

According to eyewitnesses, when this announcement was made, the train was passing near Chetak Bridge. As soon as the train stopped, many passengers got down from the coach and stood on the tracks out of fear. Within no time, shouting and commotion started in the entire bogie. Meanwhile, the situation became even more tense after seeing the goods train coming from the front.

A major accident was averted due to the intelligence of railway workers

As soon as the information was received, Railway Protection Force (RPF) and technical staff reached the spot. Passenger Dhirendra Singh, traveling in B-2 coach, said that after the announcement, the passengers had come out and stood on the tracks to save their lives. The railway employees showed their wisdom and took prompt action and after convincing the passengers, they boarded the train safely again.

After a thorough investigation, when it became clear that there was no incident of fire in the coach and the situation was completely safe, then the train was sent forward. On reaching Bhopal main station, the train was checked once again. During this time, some passengers also created a ruckus demanding a thorough inspection of the train.
