Mobile addiction is extremely dangerous (symbolic picture)
Digital Desk, Bhopal. If you remain glued to the mobile screen till late night or you do not have a fixed time for sleep, then be alert. A shocking revelation has come to light in an important research of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal. According to research, sleep disturbance directly increases the risk of serious and fatal diseases like cancer. Due to irregular sleep, the body's defense system becomes so weak that cancer cells start growing rapidly.
In this study, Professor Dr. Ashok Kumar of the Department of Biochemistry, AIIMS Bhopal and his team have thrown light on the natural warning system of the body, which in scientific language is called 'circadian rhythm' i.e. biological clock. According to Dr. Ashok Kumar, the human body is designed to function in a fixed cycle of day and night. This biological clock controls sleep, digestion, hormone balance and most importantly, immunity.
Staying awake till late night is becoming a danger
Staying awake till late night, working in night shifts and irregular routine disturbs the biological clock. Due to this, the body's protective cells become sluggish and cancer cells get a chance to grow. Gradually these cells become so powerful that the immune system becomes unable to recognize and destroy them.
Published in international journal, received respect

This scientific achievement is not only valuable for the medical world, but will also be effective in making the common people understand that a healthy lifestyle is the strongest protection against cancer.-Dr. Madhavanand Kar, Executive Director and CEO, AIIMS Bhopal.
