BEO Samaypal Singh conducted a surprise inspection of four government senior secondary schools of his block.

Jagran correspondent, Ballabhgarh. Block Education Officer (BEO) Samaypal Singh conducted a surprise inspection of four government senior secondary schools of his block. Flaws were found in two schools. BEO Samaypal Singh, Departmental JE and Clerk first visited Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Ballabhgarh. Here Principal Ravindra Singh was on leave. There was no information letter available in the school about his being on leave.

A class IV employee of the school had gone for election duty, but was not assigned on duty. When JE inspected the school, the tin shed was broken. Instructions were given to repair this tin shed at the school level. The second school inspected was Government Children Senior Secondary School, Ballabhgarh. The educational environment here was not good.

Students were roaming outside the classes and many teachers were not in the classes. Principal Bashir was on leave. The notice regarding his being on leave was in the school. After this he inspected Government Senior Secondary School Sector-65 Sahupura and Government Senior Secondary School Fatehpur Billouch.

On this occasion, BEO Samaypal Singh said that the educational environment of both Sahupura and Fatehpur Billouch schools was good. All the teachers were in their rooms and teaching classes. The teachers of both the schools had also prepared their diaries completely. The clerk of Fatehpur Billouch was on leave. Cleanliness in schools was also good.

He said that clarifications have been sought from the concerned principals and teachers regarding the deficiencies found in the schools. In order to ensure good results of the Bhiwani Education Board examinations, teachers have been asked to go to the Bhiwani Board app and prepare with the old papers of previous years.---Subhash Dagar.
