Tension after love affair in Kajraeli area of Bhagalpur.

The people from the girl's side went to the boy's side's village and abused and beat them. The incident took place in Mahadalit Tola of Belsira village. Some people have been partially injured in this incident. In which a woman got injured near her eye. There is tension in both the villages after the incident. According to the information received, Manish Kumar, a private coaching operator from Mahadalit Tola, used to talk on phone with a girl studying in the same coaching class. Somehow the girl's relatives came to know about this. After which people from the girl's side entered and assaulted her. The first party, Niranjan Das, has filed a case against three named and ten unknown people, accusing them of breaking into the house and assaulting them. Many allegations have been made. There has also been an allegation of luring the girl.
Allegations of caste based abuse and assault
Niranjan has written in his application that ten unknown people including Sanjeet Kumar, Ranjit Kumar, Ghapra Kumar entered the house and started beating my wife, child and grandmother by abusing them in caste based abuses. When we created a ruckus, people nearby gathered. After this all the accused ran away. In this regard, Kajraili police station incharge Gautam Kumar said that the fight took place over a love affair. In which a case has been registered on the written complaint of one party and investigation has been started. People nearby are being interrogated.
