Jagran correspondent, Moradabad. Even before the completion of their training, more than 20 trainee constables became inspectors. When he got a two-star uniform, he left his job as a constable. Two trainees got a chance to join ISRO. While one got posted in the Archaeological Survey Department.
In such a situation, even before the training was completed, 33 out of five thousand trainee constables got jobs elsewhere. He resigned from the post of constable and left. There are 27 trainees who took leave of more than 45 days during the training itself. Now he has been sent to his district of posting. Now the officials there will decide whether they should be trained again or any action should be taken against them.
After donning the Khadi uniform through hard work, the luck of 33 trainee constables was such that within a few days, they got two star uniform and jobs in other good departments. Training of five thousand trainee constables is going on in Moradabad district. Of these, 33 have got second jobs.
More than 20 trainees including Abhishek, Tanu Singh, Bharat, Rakesh Kumar, Vishnu Singh, Rachin Kumar got the job of Inspector in the paramilitary force. While Bharat Chaudhary became a sub-inspector in Delhi Police. Whereas Sahdev Hooda and Vishu Chaudhary got posting in Semi Conductor ISRO. Whereas Monu Sharma got a job in the Archaeological Survey Department. After this he resigned and left.
Everyone's resignation has been accepted. Whereas 19 trainee constables did not come for training. Besides, there are 27 trainee constables who were absent during training for more than 45 days. Now they have been sent back to their posting district. Now their district officials will decide that their training will be done again and then they will be fired from the job.
Rs 110 are spent daily on each trainee.
In the training of constables going on in the entire state including Moradabad, about Rs 110 is spent daily on each trainee. This expense reaches Rs 108 to Rs 120. On an average Rs 110 is spent daily. The government has not recovered the expenses incurred on those who have resigned from their jobs. His resignation has been sent after accepting it.
After selection, many trainee constables got jobs elsewhere. In such a situation, he left his job as a constable. Some have been absent during training for more than 45 days. In such a situation, he has been sent to his posting district.
