Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. Bihar Bhumi news: One of the biggest problems of the state is land dispute. There are many types of it. In view of this, the government has decided to implement the new system from Monday. Under this, now all the officers associated with the revenue administration will compulsorily be present in the office two days a week i.e. on Monday and Friday and listen to the public complaints of the common people. This new system will be implemented in all the districts of the state from January 19 (Monday).

Principal Secretary of Revenue and Land Reforms Department, CK Anil has issued an order in this regard and informed all the districts. It was told that the state government has approved Saat Nishchay-3 (2025–30), which has also been published in the Bihar Gazette. Under this, this system is being implemented under the ‘Sabka Samman, Jeevan Aasan’ campaign.

The objective of the government is to make the administrative system more people-oriented, public-friendly and transparent through modern technology and innovation. It is noteworthy that the land reform public welfare dialogue was started from Patna, after which many problems related to revenue administration came to light in the dialogue programs organized in various districts. On the basis of these complaints, this step has now been taken towards a permanent solution.

Under the new system, common citizens coming to revenue offices will be treated respectfully, basic facilities like drinking water and toilets will be provided. At the same time, complaints received from visitors will be saved digitally, so that their quick and transparent disposal can be facilitated.

Divisional Commissioners and District Magistrates have been given the special responsibility of effectively implementing this system in their respective areas and monitoring it regularly. The objective is that the revenue administration should reduce the problems related to daily life of the citizens and improve the standard of living.

Now the thing to be seen will be the confidence with which the public voted for the present government. Whether the officers behave accordingly or not. People's past experience has not been pleasant.
