Jagran correspondent, Ara. A total of 39 examination centers have been set up for inter examination in Bhojpur district. These include 28 centers in Arrah subdivision, seven in Jagdishpur and four in Piro.
A total of 41383 candidates will appear from the district, out of which the maximum are 23687 from Arts, 17214 from Science, 475 from Commerce and seven from Vocational subjects. The Examination Committee has directed that those candidates whose admit card has been lost or has been left at home, in such a situation, they will be given provisional permission to appear in the examination by identifying it from the scanned photo in the attendance sheet and verifying it from the roll sheet.
Entry will be available even if there is a mistake in the admit card.
Those whose admit cards have photo errors have been allowed to appear in the examination. If there is any discrepancy in the photograph of the admit card or someone else's photograph is printed, then the students will have to reach the examination center with the identity card. On the first day (February 2), the examination of Biology (Science) and Philosophy (Arts) will be held in the first shift from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm.
Whereas, Economics (Arts and Commerce) examination will be conducted in the second shift from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
No examiner will carry a mobile phone in the examination hall.
The committee has imposed Section 144 on all the centers regarding the examination. Necessary instructions have been given by the committee to the District Officer and Superintendent of Police to conduct the examination in a clean, malpractice-free and strict manner.
CCTV cameras will be installed at the examination centre. Arrangements for one videographer will also have to be made for every 500 candidates. One invigilator will be deputed for every 25 candidates. There is a ban on any invigilator from carrying a mobile phone in the examination hall.
All observers will contribute today only
The Central Superintendent will hold a meeting of all the invigilators at the examination centers on February 1. All the Static Magistrates will be present during this time so that they can be aware of all the arrangements and rules of the examination before the day of examination. Also, all the invigilators will contribute at their designated examination center on 1st February only.
Four model examination centers were created in the district
A total of 39 examination centers have been set up for inter examination in Bhojpur district. This includes four such centers in Arrah city, which are ideal examination centres. Along with arranging all the basic facilities, women have been deployed here as magistrates, police officers and forces.
The city's Town Plus Two High School, Jain Kanya Pathshala, Harkhen Kumar Jain Gyansthali and SB High School have been made ideal examination centres.
