All registration offices will remain open even on Sundays in February
State Bureau, Patna. All the registration offices of the state will also remain open on Sundays in the month of February. Like normal days, land, flat and other registration work will be done on Sunday also. The Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department has issued an order related to this on Friday.
It has been said in the departmental order that keeping in mind the revenue interest and convenience of the general public, the registration offices will remain open like other normal working days on all Sundays except the holiday of Mahashivratri in the month of February. This will not only provide convenience to the citizens, the registration work will also be done smoothly.
State Bureau, Patna. A public hearing was organized in the Home Department on Friday under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar Chaudhary. People reached the public hearing held at the police headquarters at Sardar Patel Bhawan from 3 to 5 pm with their complaints.
Arvind Chaudhary listened to all the matters seriously and provided necessary directions to the concerned officials for execution. He asked the officers to ensure sensitivity, promptness and accountability in solving public problems.
Under the Sabka Samman-Jeevan Aasan scheme in the Home Department, public hearings are organized for two days on Monday from 11 to 1 pm and on Friday from 3 to 5 pm. The Additional Chief Secretary, Secretary and Special Secretary of the department meet the complainants and listen to their problems and give directions for effective execution.
