The last two days in UP have increased the heat during the day due to high maximum temperature in Kanpur. The hottest day of the season was recorded in Kanpur on Monday.

Talking about today's weather, on February 24, all the districts of UP will see rosy coolness in the morning followed by sunshine during the day. In all the districts including Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Mathura, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, the day will be sunny and the maximum temperature may increase.

Meteorologist Dr. SN Sunil Pandey said that if the temperature remains like this in February, the situation can become serious. This will affect production. Due to increasing heat, the condition of force maturity has started coming in Rabi crops. Due to this the grains are not cooked completely. The possibility of reduced production increases. He said that the mercury is likely to rise by two to three degrees in the next few days.

Kanpur's weather changed, hottest day of the season

The maximum temperature in Kanpur reached the season's highest of 29.6 degrees i.e. close to 30 degrees. The Meteorological Department has predicted the temperature to increase by two to three degrees. The maximum temperature was 29.5 degrees Celsius on Sunday, which became 29.5 degrees Celsius on Monday, which is 3.5 degrees more than normal. This is the highest mercury of the winter season, due to high mercury the percentage of moisture has gradually started decreasing. There has been a slight increase in the minimum temperature.

The mercury increased from 11.6 degrees to 11.8 degrees Celsius. This is 2.4 degrees Celsius less than normal. The lowest night temperature in Ayodhya was 10.5 degrees. It was 11.2 degrees Celsius in Fatehpur and 11.4 degrees Celsius in Barabanki. After this, mercury was recorded at 11.8 degrees Celsius in Kanpur Nagar, Gorakhpur and Fursatganj.
