Jasan, Bokaro. Marafari police station has filed an FIR against a train driver carrying coal to the plant. In this matter, Raghunath Gorain, resident of Kurmidih Bazaar Railway Colony Road, had complained.
The complainant had told that he is an employee of the contract company doing contract work in BSL Sub Employers Mecan Limited. He was going to have lunch at his workplace on May 7 last year. He was crossing the railway line. Meanwhile, the driver of a coal laden train hit him at the plant.
Due to this both his legs were amputated. He was taken to BGH after plant medical. From here he was sent to Ranchi for treatment. He is still not completely healthy. He was told that his dependent would be employed but this did not happen. The accident occurred due to speeding of the train without using the city. The police have started investigation to find out the truth of the allegations.
