Noida Authority's bulldozer running.
Jagran correspondent, Greater Noida. The Greater Noida Authority, against encroachment in the submerged area of Haibatpur, on Wednesday used a bulldozer to demolish illegal construction on about six thousand square meters of submerged area. The team of the project and cadastral department of Greno authority has taken this action.
The colonizers were planning to establish an illegal colony by plating. ACEO of Greno Authority Sumit Yadav said that orders have been given by NGT to stop encroachment in Harnandi flood area, following which continuous action is being taken by the authority.
The ACEO has warned that the authority will continue to take action against those doing illegal construction in the notified area without permission or without getting the map passed. The ACEO has also appealed that before purchasing land anywhere in Greater Noida, contact the land records department of the authority and get complete information.
Don't invest your hard-earned money in an illegal colony. Actually, about 6000 square meters of land of Khasra numbers 280 and 287 of Haibatpur is in the submerged area of Harnandi. This is in the notified area of the authority, due to which the team of Work Circle 3 of the project department took the demolition action with the help of the authority's police.
Work Circle-3 in-charge Rajesh Kumar Nim, manager Rohit Gupta and others demolished it in a bulldozer operation that took about two hours. General Manager Project of the Authority AK Singh said that the illegal construction was repeatedly stopped by the Authority, but the illegal builders continued the construction, due to which this action was taken.
