Police investigation revealed that the house where the bullets were fired belonged to a woman. For some time now, 8 transgenders have been living in this house. One of them was married to a person named Vikas Karan, a resident of Krishna Nagar. It is being told that soon after the marriage, a domestic dispute started between the two and she left the accused and returned back.

On Wednesday, accused Vikas Karan got angry and attacked this house in Nihal Vihar and fired three bullets with the intention of spreading panic. The sound of bullets spread panic in the area. As soon as the information was received, Nihal Vihar police station reached the spot and started investigation. On the basis of interrogation, the police identified the accused Vikas and arrested him. During the search, the illegal weapon from which the shots were fired was recovered from him.

Police interrogation revealed that accused Vikas Karan was already involved in 3 criminal cases. According to preliminary investigation, he had reached there to take revenge over his marital dispute and to intimidate. Local police officials say that a case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections. The police are now finding out from where the accused got the weapon and whether anyone else was also involved in this conspiracy.
