Shanti Devi, wife of late Rajaram, resident of Khetausa village of Fardhan police station, told that she has an old enmity with Kamlesh Kumar, who lives opposite the house. We and our deceased Mir Kumar lived in the house. While sons Neeraj and Suraj live elsewhere in the village. One son, Dheeraj, often remains outside for work. Mir Kumar was standing outside the house after having dinner on Saturday evening.
Then Kamlesh Kumar, Ramu, Chetram and Jogendra, who lived in front, got drunk and started abusing. When he protested against this, these people dragged Mir Kumar away and then attacked him with a sharp weapon and ran away leaving him in a dying condition.
Neeraj and Suraj, who reached the spot after receiving information about the incident, took the injured 23-year-old Mir Kumar to the district hospital in 108 ambulance. He died there. On the complaint of the deceased's mother, Fardhan police station has registered a case and started searching for the accused.
Inspector in-charge Fardhan Dilip Kumar Choubey said that the youth died during treatment in the hospital. A dispute occurred after abusive language was used under the influence of alcohol. On the other hand, among the named accused, Kamlesh Kumar is also injured, who is admitted to the district hospital.
He was the youngest among four brothers and had assaulted another brother four months ago.

Mother Shanti Devi told that even four months ago, under the influence of alcohol, Kamlesh had beaten his sons Dheeraj and Neeraj and attacked them with a spear. Dheeraj Kumar was injured in this. The police had registered a cross case on this. It is said that earlier on Saturday there was an argument regarding the old dispute. Mir Kumar died in the fight that followed.
