Ranjit Kumar Pandey, Dumraon (Buxar). Mugaon, which has become the center of a new revolution in education in the rural environment, is a topic of discussion in the entire region these days due to its achievements. The digital library operated in Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan has not only connected the youth with high level resources, but has also given them new energy and confidence in preparing for competitive examinations.
The result of this is that three youths studying here have achieved success in government service within just one month and have breathed new life into the dreams of the youth of the village and surrounding areas.
Quality of preparation is increasing by connecting with online resources.
This digital library, which was started on the initiative of the Panchayat about a year ago, has become a strong example of change in the rural education system. Library director Rahul Kumar Rai said that 23 different cabinets have been prepared here for the preparation of competitive examinations.
In these Kevins, every day from morning to late night, more than 40 youth are busy preparing for their goals as per the shift. Due to free Wi-Fi facility provided by the Panchayat, the candidates here are getting online guidance from renowned coaching institutes of cities like Delhi, Patna, Banaras, Allahabad and Agra. The calm, clean and disciplined environment is proving to be especially helpful in increasing the concentration of the youth.
Increased enthusiasm among rural youth:
Munna Kumar son of Dadan Paswan, who is studying from this digital library, has achieved success in Bihar Police. Whereas Neeraj Kumar son of Muniji Singh and Priyanshu Kumar son of Sanjay Rai have got selection in Central Reserve Police Force. These successes have created a celebratory atmosphere in the entire village, while infusing new hope and inspiration within other youth.
Villagers say that this initiative is proving that if proper resources, guidance and environment are provided then even the youth from the village can prove their ability in big competitions.
Big plan of Panchayat, coaching culture will develop in the village:
Panchayat head Indal Singh said that preparations are underway to make the digital library more modern. He said that with the expansion of resources, more youth will be able to get involved in preparing for competitive exams, and the compulsion to go to big cities and spend expensively will also be reduced.
He said that there is immense talent among the rural youth, we just have to arrange opportunities and guidance. This library will change the entire thinking and direction of the village in the coming years.
