The CHC, prepared at a cost of Rs 7.68 crore, will be transferred to the Health Department by the Government Construction Corporation in two days. After this, health officers will be deployed and its operation will be started. With the operation of CHC, a population of 1.5 lakh will benefit from it. People of the area will not have to wander for treatment.
Community Health Center is being operated at Pachkatta in Visheshwarganj section. There is a crowd of patients here. In view of this, the people of the area demanded the construction of another community health center. On which the then CMO had written a letter to the government.
The proposal got the green signal
The government gave green signal to the proposal and approved the budget. On which the construction of CHC started. The construction of CHC has been completed in one and a half years. On which Rs 7 crore 68 lakh 84 thousand have been spent. Now the process of its transfer is going on.
After inspection by the Chief Development Officer on Monday, the Community Health Center will be handed over to the Health Department. CMO Dr. Sanjay Kumar said that the building is ready. It has also been painted.
Its operation will be started after the deployment of doctors. Once the hospital starts operating, patients from the villages of neighboring district Gonda, located at a distance of one and a half kilometers, can also get treatment.
The people of these villages will get benefits
People of 25 villages including Gulharia, Hardahi, Rajapur Girant, Ramnagara, Shivpur Bairagi, Pratappur Upahar, Pratappur Tarhar, Ganga Jamuni, Dolkua, Banghusara, Gangwal will get facility in treatment. All of them will not have to visit the district headquarters. With the opening of CHC, a population of 1.5 lakh will benefit.

Health Information and Education Officer Brijesh Singh said that apart from the CHC building, houses of six officers and Class IV employees have been built. Apart from this, Type 2 and Type 3 halls have been constructed. In which training can take place.
