Addressing a public meeting at Gandhi Maidan in Motihari on the second day of the Samriddhi Yatra, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that to take Bihar forward, emphasis will have to be laid on the development of industry here. New industries will be opened in the next five years. The closed sugar mills of East Champaran will be restarted.

He said that after seeing the work of the women who have received Rs 10,000, Rs 2 lakh more will be given. Milk production committees will be formed in 275 villages. Crematoriums will be built in all panchayats.

The Chief Minister said that the government will work to ease the lives of common people along with development under the Seven Decisions Three. Work will be done to ensure that people get the benefits of government facilities easily. One crore government jobs and employment will be provided in the next five years.

Nitish Kumar said that in the caste census it was revealed that 94 lakh families of all categories are still poor. The government will enrich them by connecting them with employment on priority basis. For this, initially two lakhs or more amount will be given as per requirement.

He said that the work is going on under seven decisions. Some are left, that too will be completed soon. Now Bihar will go far ahead with the work being done under Seven Decisions Three. Per capita income and employment will be doubled. Emphasis will be given on setting up industries in the next five years.

Work will be done in the fields of dairy, fisheries, education and health. Work will be done to ensure that the people of the state get respect and make their lives easier. With the cooperation of the Central Government, development is taking place in every area of ​​the state.

He said that no work was done before 2005. After 2005, after continuous work, the situation has changed. The work that will be done in future will make Bihar stand in the category of developed states. Tender will be floated soon for the construction of airport in Raxaul. Flights will be started from Raxaul soon.

The Chief Minister said that work is going on on all the 12 schemes which were said to be implemented in the district during the Pragati Yatra. It has been said to complete the work soon.

Many leaders including Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Vijay Kumar Sinha, Minister Vijay Chaudhary, MP Sanjay Jaiswal, MLA Krishnanandan Paswan, Shyambabu Prasad Yadav, Rajesh Kumar alias Bablu Gupta, Raju Tiwari, Pramod Sinha, Vishal Sah were present on the occasion.
