Farewell to cold in North India. (file)
Digital Desk, New Delhi. Cold is about to bid farewell to entire North India including Delhi NCR, there are signs of increase in temperature every day. Amidst these indications, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert of storm and rain in Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab.
According to the Meteorological Department, leveling may occur in the hilly areas in the next 24 hours. Also, the weather may worsen in many states from 13 to 19 February.
Talking about Delhi NCR, the sky may remain cloudy here. Due to clouds, slight cold may be felt in the morning and evening. There has also been a warning of storm and rain after February 15.
How will the weather be in UP and Bihar?
Talking about UP and Bihar, the weather is expected to remain clear. According to the Meteorological Department, light fog may remain in Agra, Aligarh, Meerut, Azamgarh, Lucknow, Bareilly, Etah, Fatehpur, Gautam Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hathras. Whereas in Patna, Gaya, Champaran, Bhojpur, Madhubani and Purnia, clouds will remain clear.

Talking about the mountains, there is a possibility of heavy rain and strong winds in Uttarakhand on 16-17 February. Especially in Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Pauri Garhwal districts. Apart from this, the weather will be clear in Himachal Pradesh today but it will remain cloudy from February 15 onwards and a warning of strong wind and snowfall has been issued in the high altitude areas.
