Jagran correspondent, Khanpur (Ghazipur). Preparations have started to build a concrete road till the house of international cricketer Suryakumar Yadav in Hathora village. After the news published in Dainik Jagran, 'Cricket Academy to be built in Suryakumar's village', the district administration has started implementing the proposal rapidly.
On Sunday, Joint Magistrate Saidpur Rameshwar Sudhakar reached Sabbanwad Hathora village and went to Surya's house and met his father Ashok Yadav, mother Sapna Devi and grandfather Vikrama Yadav. During this time, District Magistrate Avinash Kumar also talked to the family members on mobile phone.
According to the administration's plan, about 1.20 km long road will be paved from Varanasi-Gorakhpur Highway to Surya's house in Hathora via Ishopur.
Ashok Yadav appreciated the efforts of Dainik Jagran and said that this initiative will provide great facilities to the village. He said that the inauguration of the International Cricket Stadium in Varanasi will provide a new platform to the talents of Purvanchal and the construction of a cricket academy in rural areas will provide an opportunity to the youth as well as girls to progress.
At the same time, Dada Vikrama Yadav described the construction of a road and gate in the name of Surya as an honor to the pride of the district. Mother Sapna Devi wished the Indian T20 team to win the World Cup.
