Dialogue partner, Jagran Tilhar. Sonpal, who was missing since he was sentenced to life imprisonment in a murder and robbery case a month ago, died. While identifying the dead body found in the forest of Pingra Pingri three days ago, his relative accused some people of the village of murdering him. They blocked the road in front of Nagariya Mod Chowki on Lucknow-Delhi National Highway.
They calmed down on CO Jyoti Yadav's assurance that they would investigate and take action. Sonpal's son Balveer told that on January 13, his father was called by Ramchandra and his brother Sachin from the village. Since then there was no news of the father. After a lot of searching, a missing person was registered on January 23. On February 11, the dead body was found in the forest near Pingri-Pingra village of the same area.
In the 1982 case, the sentence was pronounced on January 13, he was missing since the same day.
The police contacted nearby people and tried for identification but nothing was found. After this it was kept in the mortuary. When Balveer came to know about this through newspapers, he went to the mortuary and identified the body as that of his father Sonpal. Balveer accused Ramchandra's brother Damodar, his son Manoj and an unknown person of murder.

A large number of relatives reached in front of Nagariya Mod Chowki on Lucknow-Delhi National Highway. There they stood on the road with bricks and stones, due to which the traffic stopped. He also had an altercation with many drivers. When CO Jyoti Yadav came to know about the uproar, she also reached the spot. He pacified his relative by assuring him to investigate and take action.
In 1982, Hariram, a resident of Talbipur Diuria village of Tilhar area, was murdered. In this case, an FIR was registered against Sonpal, Ramchandra and Maiku of the village, accusing them of murder after robbery. Macu died several months ago. Whereas on January 13, Sonpal and Ramchandra were sentenced to life imprisonment. Sonpal had gone missing from home since that very day. Whereas Ramchandra went missing from the village the next day. There was no trace of either of them. However, on January 27, Ramchandra surrendered in the court, after which he was sent to jail.
No trace of mobile
Balveer told that his father also had a mobile phone and a diary. Nothing is known about that either. He told that ever since his father was missing, he had visited the police station and police post several times, but every time the police used to send him back home with the assurance of his recovery soon.
Sonpal was convicted in murder and robbery cases. The allegations being made are being investigated. The exact cause of death will become clear in the post-mortem report.
