Counseling of teachers who have passed the competency test will be held from 6th to 11th February.

The District Education Department has completed preparations for counseling and certificate verification of successful candidates in the Local Body Teacher Competency Test 2024 (Third and Fourth). This process will be conducted from February 6 to February 11 at DRCC, Madhubani campus.
According to the office order issued by the District Education Officer, separate counters have been formed to complete the counseling work in a smooth, transparent and time bound manner.
Officials and personnel have been deputed at each counter for certificate verification, signing of counseling letters, biometric-Aadhaar verification and checking of records.
A total of five main counters and assistant counters have been set up at the counseling venue, where after checking the educational and other necessary certificates of the candidates, the counseling certificate will be handed over to the candidates after the signature of the concerned Block Education Officer.
For this, responsibilities have been assigned to Assistant Program Officer, District Project Manager, officers associated with the Mid Day Meal Scheme, Head Clerk, Block Sadhansevi, teachers and computer operators. Arrangements for biometric and Aadhaar verification have been made to register the attendance of the candidates.
Separate personnel have been deputed for this, so that there is no possibility of any kind of irregularities or fraud. Besides, a help desk has also been set up at the counseling venue, where necessary information and support will be provided to the candidates.
Apart from this, separate teams of teachers and personnel have been formed for maintenance of documents received from the counter and for office work.
District Education Officer Akshay Kumar Pandey has instructed all the deputed officials and employees to be present on the scheduled date and time and discharge their responsibilities sincerely.
