State Bureau, Patna. The State Election Commission on Thursday issued detailed guidelines regarding the reorganization/delimitation of wards of two municipal bodies of Bihar. This includes Danapur Nizamat and Phulwarisharif Municipal Council.
According to the Commission, after delimitation and reorganization from December 5 to 22, the draft list will be published on December 23. Any person can give claims and objections till 13 January.
It is noteworthy that there has been pressure on both the municipal bodies to expand the area for a long time. According to the Commission, the objections received during the draft publication will be processed from December 26 to January 17. After the completion of the objections, the provisional map and the ward along with its boundary will be published from 19th to 24th January.
At the same time, after hearing the objections from the Divisional Commissioner, the final approval will be done between January 27 and February 2. The Commission has also issued a toll free number to receive suggestions from the people.
