Sheohar Mahadev Temple Crowd: On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, a huge crowd of devotees has gathered at Baba Bhuneshwarnath Mahadev Temple, Dekuli Dham located in Sheohar. From early on Sunday, long queues of devotees started forming for worship, worship, darshan and Jalabhishek, which continued till late.
This time due to the great coincidence of Sunday and Mahashivratri, the number of devotees is being seen much more than on normal days. According to tradition, Jalabhishek is specially performed at Dekuli Dham on Sunday, due to which devotees started reaching the temple premises from early morning.
Here, strict security arrangements have been made by the administration regarding Jalabhishek. Police force has been deployed from Dubaghat of Bagmati river to Dekuli Dham temple complex. The administration seems to be completely alert regarding crowd control, traffic arrangements and safety of devotees.
A lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the devotees regarding Mahashivratri. The entire area is immersed in a devotional atmosphere with the chants of Har Har Mahadev.
