They will be included in the curriculum soon. This announcement was made by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary while addressing the program organized on the occasion of Tarapur Martyr's Day.

He said that our children will now know that the biggest incident after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre took place in Tarapur during the freedom struggle. 34 freedom fighters sacrificed their lives in this.

Infrastructure development at a cost of more than Rs 200 crore

Along with this, he said that the area around Tildiha temple will be developed and Isha Foundation will develop infrastructure in the area around Kanwariya Path at a cost of more than Rs 200 crore.

A bus stand will be constructed in Tarapur at a cost of Rs 6 crore. Its tender process is going on. Bus stands will also be built in Asarganj, Haveli Kharagpur and Sangrampur.

Tarapur market will also be developed. Its outline is being prepared. Market yard will be built here. So that farmers and vegetable vendors can get convenience. We have also asked the District Magistrate to provide land which is affordable.

Where the industry will be established. Prosperity will come only with the establishment of cottage industry and industry is needed to make the next generation prosperous. Apart from this, he talked about ensuring water supply in Kharagpur, Tetiya Bamber, Asarganj areas and also discussed about development of road facilities, bypass, four lanes etc. in Tarapur assembly constituency.
