Jagran correspondent, Ghaziabad. Due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's program in Meerut on Sunday, vehicular movement is restricted on Meerut Road. From 6 am on Sunday morning till the end of the program, movement of all types of vehicles will be completely closed from Rajchoupala in Modinagar to Mohiuddinpur in Meerut.
During this period, vehicular movement will be affected on many routes in the city. Under the diversion plan, movement of all types of vehicles from Modinagar towards Meerut will be closed.
Vehicles coming using the Eastern Peripheral Expressway will not be allowed to alight at Duhai Interchange. All such vehicles can alight at Dasna Interchange and leave for their destination.
Operation of roadways and private buses will remain closed
The operation of all types of heavy commercial vehicles and roadways and private buses will remain closed towards Meerut via Muradnagar, Modinagar-Niwari road and Muradnagar Ganganahar track.
Vehicles of people participating in the program from different cities will be able to travel towards Meerut via Raj Choupla, Modinagar and Ganganahar track.
At the same time, operation of all types of heavy commercial vehicles and buses from Bhojpur, Niwari towards Raj Chaupla Modinagar will remain closed.
