Delhi News: Two Bodies Found In Outer And North-western Districts, Both Not Identified

Jagran correspondent, outer Delhi. Bodies of two persons were found at different places in the outer and north-western districts. In both the cases the deceased could not be identified. Police have preserved the bodies for post-mortem and have intensified identification efforts. Apart from the nearby police stations, the police is also collecting information from the local people.

The first case is from Sultanpuri police station area of ​​outer district. The body of a 55-year-old man was found on December 28 in the E-Block area here. Local people saw a person lying unconscious, after which the police was informed. When the police team reached the spot and investigated, the person was found dead.

Preliminary investigation has not found any obvious injury marks on the body, however, the cause of death will be known only after the post mortem report comes. The second case is related to Adarsh ​​Nagar police station area of ​​North-Western district. The body of a man of about 40 years was found near Azadpur Terminal here on December 21.

After receiving information about the dead body, police reached the spot, cordoned off the area and started investigation. In this case also the deceased could not be identified. Police suspect that the deceased may be a passerby or a market employee, who had reached here for some reason.

In both the cases, the concerned police station is making inquiries in the surrounding areas for identification. Also, the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the incident sites is being scrutinized so that clues can be found about the identity of the deceased or their last minute activities. The police have also started investigating nearby police stations and records related to the missing.
