The story of the film is based on the historical 'Battle of Saragarhi' that took place on 12 September 1897. The film depicts that when the Pakistani Air Force bombed Bhuj airbase, the only airstrip there was destroyed. Because of this it became impossible for Indian fighter planes to fly. In this difficult time, about 300 women of Madhapar village helped without caring for their lives and under the leadership of Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, cleared the debris of the airstrip and prepared it within 72 hours.
