All these questions were asked by Divisional Commissioner of Tirhut Division Girivar Dayal Singh during the inspection of SKMCH on Thursday evening. He expressed his displeasure over the functioning of the health manager.
Health Manager Rajiv Ranjan was reprimanded for not registering the complaint in the control room. Took information about doctors, nursing staff, ward boys, security personnel. Saw his attendance register. During this time, Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Manish, Dr. Simran were found missing from the emergency ward. Due to his attendance not being marked, he asked the health manager, is there back editing in the attendance? Otherwise why is it not being written as absent? Who sees this? As soon as information was received that the Casualty Registrar is in charge of emergency, the Commissioner became angry.

He told the hospital manager that whenever an officer comes during inspection, he should be mentioned at the inspection site. So that it can be known whether anything was done on the flaws found during inspection or not.
