The managers of the Health Department, ESIC Hospital and Child PGI have planned to appoint specialists and senior doctors as well as start testing facilities.
The special thing is that in the District Hospital located in Sector-39, ultrasound will also be done on the patients using advanced technology using color Doppler machine. Approval for the machine has been received from the government. At the same time, a new building will be constructed for the students of ESIC Medical College. Talks are going on between the higher officials of ESIC with the officials of Noida Authority.
Surgery for ruptured eardrum will be done using a microscope.
The district hospital management is preparing to start surgery for ruptured eardrum for patients using a microscope machine this year. The government has given approval to purchase a microscope machine equipped with hi-tech facilities for the ENT department in the district hospital.

Its price is more than five lakhs. In the initial months, when the machine arrives, patients will be given the facility to get treatment at a fee of Rs 399. ENT surgeon Dr. Deepika Goswami will benefit many patients by performing surgeries using the machine. After this facility, patients will not have to travel to private hospitals or Delhi.
Expert Dr. Rishabh Kumar Singh said that for eardrum surgery, the patient has to spend Rs 30 thousand to Rs 1.5 lakh in other hospitals. In the new year, 32 intern students will be available in the district hospital, due to which the patients will be able to get quick treatment and consultation.
New building of ESIC Medical College will be built
A new academic zone will be created for MBBS students in ESIC Medical College in Sector-24. The search for land for building a building has intensified in Noida. Talks are going on between higher officials of ESIC. Apart from this, the efforts to make money have also intensified.
Dean of the Medical College, Dr. Harnam Kaur says that there is a plan to increase the ICU beds from 18 to 25 in the new year. The plan is that as the seats of the college increase in the next years, the hospital will also be expanded to 500 beds. The special thing is that the efforts to build a dialysis center have also intensified. The facility of collecting platelets and plasma separately will also be started in the blood donation centre.
Child PGI will get senior experts
Dental and Biochemistry departments will be shifted to the new tower being built in Child PGI, Sector-30. This will separate the investigation wing. On the instructions of the government, maintenance work will start at a cost of about Rs 30 crore. Not only this, there is a plan to start a cathlab for heart disease patients.
Director of the institute Prof. Dr. AK Singh says that the process of appointment of Nephrologist and Plastic Surgeon has been done. Soon patients will get treatment and consultation facilities. Not only this, there will be a facility to scan for diseases by taking a drop of blood from the heel of the newborn baby.
