Fake ghee manufacturing factory busted.
Jagran correspondent, Jaipur. In Jaipur, police have arrested a factory manufacturing fake ghee and arrested four people. Police have seized 7500 kg of ghee. In the factory, ghee was being prepared by heating vegetable and refined soybean oil and adding essence to it.
Fake ghee, raw material, packing material and machines have been recovered from the possession of the accused. Four people caught during interrogation, Rajendra Gupta, Anil Joshi, Bhupendra and Jagdish Sharma, said that till now they have sold two thousand liters of fake ghee in the market. The four miscreants were making and selling fake ghee in the names of Saras, Lotus, Amul, Mahan and Krishna.
The factory was running for a year
Deputy Commissioner of Police Hanuman Prasad said that the factory for making fake ghee was running for the last one year. Fake ghee was made in the factory and sold in boxes ranging from 15 kg to 500 grams. Rajendra is a resident of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. Whereas Anil and Bhupendra are residents of Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. Virendra is a resident of Jaipur.
