Jagran correspondent, Jaipur. Rajasthan Police has recovered fake notes worth Rs 2 lakh 90 thousand from the possession of two miscreants. The miscreants have said that they brought this note from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh.
The accused told that the work of preparing fake notes is being done in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Both the miscreants wanted to spend these notes in Rajasthan.
What did the police tell?
Jaipur Special Police Commissioner Rahul Prakash said that one of the accused is Govind Chaudhary, a resident of Jhalawar and the other is Devansh Phanda, a resident of Jaipur. Fake notes worth Rs 1 lakh 90 thousand and Rs 1 lakh were recovered from Devansh's possession.
After interrogating the miscreants, a police team will go to Saharanpur. Let us tell you that two days ago, two miscreants were arrested in Vidhadhar Nagar of Jaipur and fake notes worth about Rs 82 thousand were recovered.
