Farmer Who Was Watering His Field Was Shot, Admitted To Hospital In Critical Condition

Jagran correspondent, Mathura. A 55-year-old farmer, who was watering his fields, was shot at 11 pm on Wednesday night in Haria Ki Garhi, village of Raya. The bullet hit him in the chest. The farmers fell on the ground drenched in blood. Relatives admitted him to CHC, from where he was referred to the district hospital. The condition of the farmer remains critical in the district hospital.

Kuwarpal Singh was watering the fields in village Haria ki Garhi of Raya police station area. At 11 pm on Wednesday night, someone shot him in the left chest from the front and in the right thigh from behind and fled away. The sound of the bullet created panic among the farmers working in the fields.

Relatives also reached the spot. Kunwarpal fell on the ground drenched in blood. Villagers informed UP dial 112 police. Police admitted the farmer to CHC, from where he was referred to the district hospital.

The condition of the farmer remains critical in the district hospital. Raya police station in-charge Bhushan Verma said that the person who shot was being identified. On receiving the application, a case will be registered.
