The buffalo was loaded into the pickup at gunpoint and taken away. Angered by the incident that took place just a hundred steps away from the outpost, the villagers created a ruckus and expressed their displeasure. After reaching the post and calling several times, no policeman came out, so the villagers informed the control room about the incident. Police reached the spot and started searching for the miscreants on the basis of CCTV camera footage installed nearby.

Farmer Pyarelal, resident of Bichhwa village, supports his family by rearing animals. Like every day, on Sunday night the buffalo was tied at the door and he too was sleeping on a cot there. Around 1:30 in the night, a pickup stopped there and three miscreants got out of it and started opening the buffalo.

Hearing the sound of banging, Pyarelal woke up and started making noise. Then a miscreant pointed a gun at his chest and threatened to kill him. Meanwhile, two miscreants loaded the buffalo into the pickup. After this the miscreants ran away with the pickup.

The workers did not wake up even after several calls, the police arrived from the police station and investigated.

A crowd of villagers gathered after the incident. The villagers expressed their displeasure against the police due to the incident which took place just a hundred steps away from Bichhwan outpost. The villagers reached the post and tried to wake up the police personnel for a long time, but no one came out of the post. Police reached the spot after angry villagers informed the control room. Where police personnel have started searching for the miscreants by capturing the footage of CC cameras installed nearby.

CO Bhogaon RK Dwivedi said that the miscreants riding the pickup are being searched. The case of pointing a gun at the farmer is also being investigated.
