The victim has been identified as Anuj Singh, resident of Bhatuvigaha, mother, sister-in-law, mother-in-law and brother of Nitish Singh. It has been told that the bodies of Suman Devi, Shanti Devi, Vikas Kumar and Akash Kumar were beaten with sticks and bricks and stones. Due to which after being admitted to the hospital, he is undergoing treatment at VIMS Pawapuri for better treatment.
The condition of the victim is said to be pathetic due to serious injuries and his entire body has turned red due to the assault. Victim Suman Devi and Anuj Singh told that the miscreant is carrying out such incidents to establish his dominance.
So that no one can speak against me. The victim alleges that due to cyber crimes being committed by miscreants, miscreants from dozens of nearby villages gather in the streets around the village. The victims say that all these incidents have been happening for several days. Still, the police is not arresting the named criminals.

The victim told that on December 26, 2025, all these miscreants had entered the house of the former head of the Panchayat, beat up his family members, created obstacles and fired at the house. In which also the family members of the former chief had given a written application in the police station requesting for action.
But till now the criminal is out of reach of the police. Even late on the night of 16th January, miscreants had climbed the house of Baliram Singh of the village and started abusing and creating obstacles. In which also an FIR was lodged by the victim Baliram Singh in Ben police station.
DSP Sunil Kumar said that it has been learned that there was a shootout between two parties in which one person is reported to have been shot. The shell has been recovered from the spot. Some people have been detained for questioning.
He said that a few days ago there was firing at the house of the former head of Eksara Panchayat, in which the miscreant is accused. The victim's family told that a complaint is lodged in the police station for action but due to lack of arrest and action against the miscreants, we all are disappointed.
