Many rules made for the citizens of the village are not being accepted by the people on the internet. Here a notice titled "Village Rules: All are equal" has been pasted throughout the village. This notice is now viral on social media.
Strange rules made for village people
According to a report by South China Morning Post, the notice mentioned several fines related to marriage, pregnancy and personal conduct. After this a big debate broke out.
According to a photo of the notice that went viral on the Internet, people who marry someone outside Yunnan province will face a fine of 1,500 yuan. Women who become pregnant before marriage will be fined 3,000 yuan. Couples living together without marriage will be fined 500 yuan annually.

The notice also states that if any couple has a child within 10 months of their marriage, the parents will be fined 3,000 yuan.
According to the rules, if a couple quarrels and officials come to the village to resolve the dispute, each person will have to pay 500 yuan. Those who create ruckus or cause trouble in the village while intoxicated will be fined 3,000 to 5,000 yuan.
