In the case of murder of SP booth president Sukhraj Prajapati by cutting him with an axe, when a girl tried to rape him while under the influence of alcohol, the police have registered a case against the murder accused and five people including his mother on the complaint of his son.

After the murder, the girl accused of murder reached the police post and confessed to the crime, saying that when a neighbor came to her house, drank alcohol and tried to rape her, the police arrested her for killing her.
At the same time, three teams formed by the SP for investigation are investigating every point. Besides, the police has issued a challan to the arrested girl accused of murder after getting her medically examined and sending her to jail.

Meanwhile, SP booth president Sukhraj Prajapati, 48, reached home and tried to forcibly rape the girl while under the influence of alcohol. According to the girl, she protested against the incident, but drunk Sukhraj forced himself on her.
During this time, in a fit of rage, he killed her by hitting her several times on the head, chest and neck with an ax kept in the house. Sukhraj's eyes came out due to the blow of the axe. Also, in anger, the girl kept beating her with a stick until she lost her life. After the murder, after reaching the police post, the girl accused of murder had confessed to the police of killing Sukhraj.
After which the police arrested him. CO Saurabh Singh and other police officers had investigated the incident site. The forensic team had compiled evidence. In which the police recovered the axe. The villagers told that Sukhraj had been visiting the girl's house for a long time.
On the other hand, on the complaint of Sukhraj's son Pawan Kumar, the police registered a case late last night against five people including the murdered girl and her mother. SP Palash Bansal said that investigation is being conducted at all points of the incident. After medical examination of the girl, she was produced before the court and sent to jail.
