Jagran correspondent, Meerut. Under the agreement signed between Chaudhary Charan Singh University and Google on behalf of the Skill Development Ministry, Google's AI will help the students of the university in preparation from studies to interviews. Keeping in mind the student's ability, it will provide information about suitable job vacancies in various fields and will also provide preparation for the interview.
This AI will also give information about the lack of a particular skill in the concerned student. Not only this, AI will also help in different preparation for interviews for related vacancies. This will help students to correct the mistakes they may make in the interview in advance. Going one step further, after preparation, AI will prepare the biodata of the candidates and send them for vacancies in various companies. From there the students will be fully prepared before being called for interview.
Now presentation will be made before PM in India AI Summit. India AI Summit-2026 has been organized in Delhi from 16 to 20 February. In this program, the CCSU team will share with Prime Minister Narendra Modi the changes being made by connecting education, training, placement, academic and administrative work with AI.
With the help of Google, the support of AI will be demonstrated in streamlining the systems of the CCSU campus which is being developed under a pilot project on the lines of the first AI enabled state university. On the basis of the successes achieved in CCSU, a roadmap will be prepared to make other universities of the country AI enabled campuses.

Google is registering by taking data. Google is preparing a database by taking complete details of the courses conducted here by CCSU and the students of all the departments. Registration of every student is being done on the basis of this database. After registration, ID of the students will be created. Students will be able to view their profile by logging in with their ID. AI will make them do all the preparations on the same profile.
Training boosted confidence and made interviews easier: Primarily, 25 CCSU students were trained on AI modules by RiyaGoogle. Under this one month intensive training, exercises focused on skill assessment, mock interview, confidence building and interview-readiness were conducted. Riya told that help was provided here so that low knowledge of English does not become a hindrance in the path of students, especially from rural areas. Here English is not considered a barrier, rather students are made to understand that they can successfully participate in top companies on the basis of their subject proficiency.
Riya has been selected as a business analyst in mbay.com. He told that the time that would have taken for self-preparation like reaching out to the best companies, participating in the process, preparing for interviews etc., could be done quickly with the help of AI. Also, the help of AI helped in removing all the subtle shortcomings of reaching and interviewing the best companies. With the help of Space.com, the interview went well and I was finally selected.
Riya's role involved working on data analysis, client meetings and business insights during her AI-based training selection. During internship also, amount will be given per month and after that, appointment will be given on an annual package of Rs. 4 lakhs. According to Riya, AI training gave her confidence a new height. The fear of interview is eliminated with mock interview and skill-feedback. Here English was not allowed to be a hindrance, this is the biggest strength of this programme.
Riya and other students will now train other students as AI ambassadors so that more and more students can join this initiative and get employment opportunities.
