Ravi Azad, who reached the Mahapanchayat, also presented his side. In the Mahapanchayat, farmer leader Ravi Azad, accused in the case, tearfully appealed to the people present to get justice. He said that till now he keeps going to Panchayats to get justice to the people in other cases.
For the first time he himself has come to the Panchayat for justice. I should be given justice. Other accused in the case also told about the developments in the Mahapanchayat. It is noteworthy that farmer leader Ravi Azad has been accused by a girl from Bahal area of making her sit in a car on the pretext of leaving the village, molesting her and threatening to kill her along with her family if she told anyone.
It is also alleged that an attempt was made to kidnap her on the night of December 8. Bahal police station has registered a case under various criminal sections including POCSO and SC/ST Act. A Mahapanchayat was called by Sarvjatiya Satgama Kanni regarding this matter. The Mahapanchayat was presided over by Subhash Chandra, former sarpanch of Sidhanwa village.
In the Mahapanchayat, State President of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Chadhuni) Gurnam Singh Chadhuni, President of Sangwan Khap, former MLA Somveer Singh Sangwan, Suman Hooda, former MLA Omprakash Barwa, former MLA Hon. Leaders of various political parties including Dharampal Obara, INLD leader Vijay Panchgawa, former MLAs and leaders of various organizations arrived.

It is being told that hookah was kept there, due to which the dispute took place. Khap Panchayat representatives strongly condemned the controversy and the Chairman of the Mahapanchayat was asked to file an FIR against the accused farmer leader.
The proposal to lodge an FIR was passed. Khap representatives said that such an incident is a violation of the dignity of the Panchayat and is a kind of tarnish on the reputation of the Panchayat. Such acts create discord in mutual brotherhood and social fabric.
