Holi special train. (Awakening)
Jagran correspondent, Muzaffarpur. In view of the extra rush of passengers during Holi, it has been decided to run 285 special trains from East Central Railway.
It has been decided to run 1410 Holi special trains across the country between March 1 and March 22. Saraswati Chandra, Chief Public Relations Officer of East Central Railway, said that in view of the crowd, more special trains can be increased.
So many trains have been given in the first phase. In this, 285 Holi special trains (trips) will be operated by East Central Railway.
He said that passengers can get any updated information related to railway operations by dialing railway helpline number 139 or from National Train Inquiry System (NTES) web portal or mobile app.
09525/09526 Hapa-Naharlagun-Hapa special (via Varanasi-Ballia-Chhapra-Hajipur-Barauni-Katihar) will be run.
09525 Hapa-Naharlagun special train will run from Hapa as Holi special at 00:40 hrs on every Wednesday from March 04 and will stop at Hajipur at 17:00 hrs on the second day and reach Naharlagun at 16:00 hrs on the third day.
In return, 09526 Naharlagun-Hapa special will run from Naharlagun as Holi special at 09:40 hrs on every Saturday from March 07, stopping at Hajipur at 07:15 hrs on the second day and reach Hapa at 00:30 hrs on the fourth day.
