State Bureau, New Delhi. Delhi Government will launch AI based Integrated Grievance Redressal System in partnership with IIT Kanpur, which will enable quick resolution of complaints and real-time monitoring. This AI-enabled platform will integrate Delhi's grievance monitoring system into a unified digital dashboard, enabling better analysis and faster resolution of problems.
Currently, citizens of Delhi lodge complaints through several systems, including the Public Grievance Management System (PGMS), which includes several portals. In which each portal has its own specific purpose, but their different functions often lead to challenges like delays, duplication of work and lack of monitoring.
The new IGMS developed by IIT Kanpur will easily integrate these platforms using secure and advanced AI tools. Information Technology Minister of Delhi Government, Dr. Pankaj Singh said that we are adopting new technology to provide better services to the people of Delhi.
This Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System (IGMS) will not only integrate multiple portals but will also empower officials by providing data-based insights. He said that this is an important step towards transparent, accountable, responsive and citizen-centric governance.
