Hajipur: Goods Worth Rs 5.35 Lakh Missing From Tata-Thaw Train, Investigation Started After Complaint

Jagran correspondent, Hajipur. Goods worth about Rs 5.35 lakh booked for Hajipur Shree Leather Showroom from Tata-Thaw train went missing. After five days, a complaint has been lodged with the Railways when the goods of Mr. Leather's agency operator were not received. After the complaint was registered, the search of the goods was started.

According to the information received, there is a Shree Leather showroom of Mahua resident Dhananjay Singh near Hajipur Ram Balak Chowk. The company booked about 12 cartons of leather slippers, shoes and other items worth Rs 5.35 lakh for Hajipur. The luggage was booked in Tata-Thaw train.

A complaint was lodged when the goods did not arrive even after several days. In this regard, Dhananjay Singh, director of Shree Leather Showroom, said that leather shoes, slippers and other items worth about Rs 5.35 lakh were booked for Hajipur by Tata Thawe train.

Filed a complaint when the goods did not arrive for several days. The goods have not been found yet. In this regard, RPF police station incharge Saket Kumar said that there is no such information.
