State Bureau, New Delhi/Panchkula. The budget session of Haryana Assembly is also likely to be as rowdy as the winter session. Most of the Congress MLAs are angry with the fact that from the assembly session to the pre-budget meeting, proposals are taken from them by the government but no work is done on them.
The MLA will also raise this issue before Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda in the Congress Legislature Party meeting at Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi at 5 pm on Friday.
The meeting is being held by the Leader of Opposition regarding the preparations for the budget session starting from February 20. Congress MLA from Firozpur Jhirka Maman Khan said that he has become MLA from the area for the second time. From the pre-budget meeting to the assembly session, he has been continuously demanding the establishment of a university in Nuh district.
One thousand acres of Panchayat land was also made available for the building but it is not being announced in the budget. The district is also being ignored in the Union Budget. Nuh MLA Aftab Ahmed also said that the pre-budget meeting is held only for ceremonial purposes.
Opposition MLAs are not even heard. Apart from these, there are many Congress MLAs whose suffering is similar. Leader of Opposition, former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda has already said that the government has been ignoring the proposals of opposition MLAs.
