Law correspondent, Prayagraj. The hearing of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah dispute in Mathura will be held in Allahabad High Court on Friday, December 12, 2025. A single bench of Justice Avnish Saxena will hear this case. The last hearing was held on November 7. In case number four, plaintiff Ashutosh Brahmachari says that he will file amendment application.
They claim that the structure standing on the disputed land has no records and no legal basis. Ancient idols buried under the ablutions room and absence of name of Idgah in the records clearly indicate that the disputed land is the original Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple.
The name of Acharya Ramchandra Das Maharaj, the successor of Padmavibhushan Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Rambhadracharya, is also being included in the suit. He holds important information regarding the religious traditions, memories and preserved evidence related to the birthplace. Therefore there will be spiritual witnesses.
